When will my order ship?

Current processing times for orders are 1-2 weeks. During holidays times can extend for as much as 3+ weeks.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, however I am located in the United States. International rates may vary depending on your location. TRACKED international you will be responsible for $10USD and I will cover the rest.

Are customs covered?

No, customs fees are NOT covered. The buyer is responsible for any customs fees. 

When will my tracking updates show?

These can vary from anywhere to 2-3 business days to show AFTER your order has been shipped.

Do you offer untracked options?

Yes, I do. Rates vary.

How long will it take to get my order once it is shipped?

  • US residents can expect their packages to arrive within 2-5 business days after being processed
  • Canadian residents can expect their packages to arrive within 1-2 weeks after being processed
  • International residents can expect their packages to arrive within 2-4 weeks after being processed
Shipping times during the holidays will vary depending on your location and can take up to 2 extra weeks if you are not within the US.
Can I cancel/return my order?
All sales are final.
What if my package is lost?
Once your order has been shipped and delivered I am no longer responsible. All my US and a if wanted, international packages come with First Class Tracking via USPS and you will need to contact your local USPS/postal office for more information.

For international customers that choose to go untracked, this is no longer in my hands as you have chosen to go untracked. Tracked options are available also.
