Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You will need to provide proof with images/videos.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. All sales are final.
Refunds
All sales are final. If you believe you have received a defective product you will need to fill out the contact form and send proof of images/videos of the defective item. Once we have determined whether it is legitimate we will either refund you or send a replacement.
